Director of Worship and Creative Arts
We are looking for a passionate leader to lead and direct worship, inspire the body of Christ through the creative arts, and contribute to the mission of Downtown Hope by making disciples in our community.
Responsibilities can flex to match the gifts, experience and desires of the person who joins our team. Generally, we are looking for someone capable of: leading and directing worship and volunteers, managing production and tech, collaborating with the comms / media / graphic design teams, and overseeing the arts ministry.
The role is at least "half-time" (e.g., Sun - Tues, ~20 hrs), though could expand to full-time. Pay is competitive for the area and will be dependent on skills and experience.
