Today is Wednesday, September 19th, 2018. This week we begin our new study on 1st + 2nd Corinthians titled “Of Vertigo and Love”. In this series we get a window into a church that was in a state of vertigo as her loves had become disordered. Through the letters, the Apostle Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, works through each situation the church is facing by applying the gospel resulting in a reordering of our loves and lives that are firmly planted in the soil of grace.

In preparation for this series, this week we reading the entire two letters this week to surface some of the meta themes and threads! Today we are reading chapters 13-16 of 1st Corinthians.

The following guide is a resource for you to use in your personal time of solitude with the Lord as well asswhen you connect with the Community that you facilitate.  It can also be used for times with family or friends around the table.
