Today is Friday, March 23rd: Today we continue with Paul through the book of Romans. These four verses are a joyful exclamation describing the Might and Glory of God. I strongly encourage you to revisit the rest of the chapter before resolving with these four verses. I believe that it gives a beautiful perspective on how God receives all glory. I pray that we will daily dwell together in unity, grow in wisdom, practice humility, and sincerely love as Christ loves us. Praise King Jesus.  - Evan

DISCOVER  [Romans 11:33-36 ]

33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!  34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has become His counselor?” 35 “Or who has first given to Him and it shall be repaid to him?”  36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

+ WHAT is this passage saying and what do we learn? (Use these questions below each portion of text to clarify the main point)
_ How can we further acknowledge our epistemic humility in understanding that we cannot understand God?
_What good comes of trying to learn God’s judgments?
_ What is the purpose of Paul’s three rhetorical questions in this excerpt?
_ How do these verses apply to the rest of the chapter?
_ What about the last verse is so encouraging?

+ HOW am I compelled to confess sin and how does the gospel compel me to respond with a simple step of action/obedience?  (Here are some thoughts to discuss in break-outs)
_ Do Paul’s three rhetorical questions convict you at all? Have you ever been guilty of trying to know the mind of God or become his counselor? What are some ways that you can acknowledge God as sovereign and fully in control at all times?

+ WHO are you walking with to discover or grow in Jesus and what is your next step with them, how can we help?
