It's Thursday, February 15, 2018.  These verses describe the theological concept of "federal headship", a key concept in understanding the truly good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Dig into this text to see how wonderful God's plan of redemption for humanity really is!!! - Chris Adomanis

(Take time to write down responses to these questions or discuss in your group)
Do you think the account of Adam and Eve in Genesis is real history or just a story or fable to provide some spiritual insight?  Why is the answer to this question so important?

Heavenly Father, thank you for reversing the curse of sin, taking the imputation of Adam's actions that fell upon us, accepting Christ's perfect obedience and imputing His righteousness to the account of those who believe.  Amazing grace, who sweet the sound!!!  Amen.

DISCOVER [Romans 5:15-17]
15 But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man's trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many. 16 And the free gift is not like the result of that one man's sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification. 17 For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
