Position: Administrator

Downtown Hope Church is accepting applications for a part-time administrator to execute on a range of administrative tasks on a weekly basis. Hours are flexible, including in-office and work-from-home, and range from 16-20 hours weekly. The applicant should be an organized individual who is both task- and people-oriented, able to communicate in a timely and effective way, positive, optimistic, and willing to work in a team environment. Hourly pay will be determined based on experience and will range from $14-17/hour. This position will report directly to the Lead Pastor.

Adept with technology and social media (i.e., Google Drive, Google Docs, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
_Familiar with financial administration (Bill.com, Expensify, Google Sheets, and online donor systems)
_Familiar with financial administration
_Able to craft a range of written communications including emails, letters, and web-based content
_Able to manage a large number of independent tasks on a daily basis
_Able to coordinate and connect people
_Downtown Hope is their church home

Tasks include:
_Processing and depositing funds
_Receiving and processing bills and invoices
_Interfacing with bookkeeper and payroll
_Generating and updating reports
_Corresponding with people involved with the church
_Coordinating with various volunteer leaders
_Ordering supplies
